that the magazine is officially a website, our news section will
offer an even wider range of topics. This will include highlights
of the past calendar month, fight card results, amusing activities
of some of the sports more colourful characters, tips and health
news from the world of medicine, and everything from upcoming
Championship information to dates of forthcoming events and seminars.

Those
of you that watched the Olympics are probably wondering, Just
how did those stars get so muscularly defined?
The introduction of the steroid, nandrolone may have had
something to do with it, but there are other ways to develop that
chiselled look, without injecting horses medicine
into your bloodstream. For the following months, we will be delving
into what training methods do the best job, what supplements are
available and are worth taking.

Program:
Klaus
Nonnemacher is the current WKA Cruiserweight Kickboxing World
Champion. He has won World titles in virtually every discipline
sanctioned by the WKA and nowadays serves as the WKA European Director.
Most importantly though, he is a fully qualified Sports Scientist
and has put this knowledge through education to good effect in terms
of designing training systems for both his students and himself.
This month, he has agreed to let us feature the program he followed
when he fought for and won the World Title in March 1999. It is
an absolute must for fighters and competitors everywhere.
